We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in the construction industry. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources, including sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends - Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify patterns, trends, and correlations - Create reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions - Develop and maintain databases to store and manage large amounts of data - Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis - Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the construction industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau - Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong organizational and time-management skills We Offer:
