Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for helping drive company commitment to become the most customer focused healthcare company.
As a member of the Customer Experience team, the analyst will be the subject matter expert on customer and colleague data and will help build new ways to measure call center and digital performance.
Working with a cross functional team of call center, digital, and customer experience vendors and professionals, this person will leverage data from our call centers, digital platforms, and other sources to generate critical reporting and insights that will guide our internal strategies.
This role is a position on a newly formed team, meaning that the day-to-day experience will evolve over time as the team continues to develop.
In the current state, this role will be responsible for working with key stakeholders and vendors to source data from various databases and then create metrics, reporting, and scorecards as well as conduct analyses on complex issues related to call center and digital customer experiences.
Primary Job Duties &
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and Estimated % of Time
30% - Manage the design and maintenance of new and existing reporting (i.E. scorecard and metric performance updates for leadership)
30% - Data management and assisting in vendor and stakeholder management
30% - Manage ad hoc data pulls and analytical project requests;
these requests could range from simple data cuts to complex reporting and analyses
10% - Developing a story and accompanying presentation that concisely summarizes findings across several initiatives and creates specific recommendations for leadership
Qualification:

0-3 years Data Analytics background or similar experience
High School diploma or GED Equivalent
