Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Listen actively to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
