Job Description:
As a Customer Service Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients have a positive experience with our services and their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team member.
Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and empathetic at all times.
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and technical support.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, potentially evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent;
additional technical skills preferred.
Background checks may be conducted.
