Call Center/ Customer Service Team Lead
A Global Consultancy is recruiting for 2 x Customer Service / Call Center Team Leads, to work on a new call center initiative for a major financial company. This is a fully-remote role.Details are:
Proven experience in Customer Service / Call Centers, leading teams of 5-upwards, working with reputable companies.
This is an initial 9 months W2 contract role, (no PTO). It has the possibility of going on longer than this.
They are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and reliable Call Center Agent/ Customer Service Professionals, who have great communication skills.
You will be joining an initial team of 12, with a Manager, Team Leads, Quality Analyst/ Report Writer and Call Center Agents. This team will grow over time.
Role is fully remote / work from home. Equipment will be provided, and training paid.
Strong experience working in customer services and/ or a call centers for a reputable organization.
PC Literate MS Office and CRM/ Call Logging systems experience (Client is using Amazon Connect and you will be given training if you have not used it)
Shifts between 8am and 10pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays, up to 40 Hours per week. You must be flexible and be able to work all shifts.
Interviews will be taking place via teams in the next 2 weeks with a view to starting (after checks completing), in July.
