Customer Service Specialist II - - Inside Sales
In this role you will be supporting the Learning Solutions department and you will be making outbound calls to sell Skills Training to HVAC Dealers and their employees. The calls are to any dealer who merchandises HVAC products to improve their skill set on the products.
LOCATION:
Richardson, Texas 75080
POSITION:
Long Term, but has Right to Hire Potential
SCHEDULE:
8AM - 5PM on site but (After Training Work Remote Fridays)
PAY:
21.00 hour
The Customer Service Team reaches out to dealers and encourages them to sign them up for a skills training class.
Three levels of Sales Training:

* Entry level
* Master selling for experienced people in HVAC
* Advanced master selling class
In addition to selling the Training Classes you will assist by:

* Cold Calling (40 plus per day)
* Receiving phone calls from dealers looking for classes or wanting help registering in the learning center as well as helping troubleshoot issues accessing the learning center.
* Working through email and phone calls and chat lines assigned to the different lines throughout the day so they will never need to be on all of them at once
* Must be comfortable with cold calling
* Able to get past gate keepers
* Hunter/Nurturer ratio is 50/50 find the people and nurture the relationship
* Metrics 40+ calls a day outbound is the expectation

Requirements
* Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
* Requires at least 2 years related experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
* Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
* Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
* Strong Computer Skills Required and ability to navigate computerized data entry systems
