Customer Service Specialist

A group of property and casualty insurance industry experts based in Kalispell Montana is hiring a Customer Service Specialist. They are a customer-centric company with great product, excellent support, and a fun, fast paced work environment. Offering a cloud based property and casualty insurance administration platform to help clients grow and scale their businesses with cutting edge technology.

If you are an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person and are ready to be part of a fast-paced collaborative team providing creative solutions and unparalleled service through every client interaction, this is a great opportunity for you. You’ll be answer incoming calls and chats, researching and resolving client concerns, complete policy reviews, and become proficient in insurance business - primarily home owners policies.

Essential Duties &
Activities:
Welcome incoming calls and provide creative solutions and support
Resolve client concerns efficiently
Review new business applications and complete policy reviews, guiding users to relevant information.
Verify required documents, payments and charges, identify and correct any inconsistencies
Promote customer loyalty by building and maintaining strong business relationships

Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal communication and phone skills
Well-organized, excellent attention to detail, and able to handle high-pressure situations
Willing to provide unparalleled customer service while responding to a fast-paced environment
Ability to type 45 WPM and use a 10-key (required)
1-3 years customer service, administrative, or call center experience (preferred)
Familiarity with insurance processing preferred
Lift up to 40 pounds
