Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to work remotely. This is a flexible remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chatin a timely and professional manner. (Note:
Chat servicing is depending on the gig!)
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers’ questions and issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
Utilize our customer service software to track, prioritize, and document customer interactions.
Identify and escalate emerging customer issues to the appropriate team members.
Continuously improve and update knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required;
some college preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and priorities.
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Background checks may be required.
