Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning checkout areas
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Promote sales by suggesting additional products and services to customers
Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
Attend training and meetings as required to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
