As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and parents. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and parents in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide information about our programs, services, and policies
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client files
- Keep up-to-date with our programs and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
