As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, providing assistance, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service over the phone. Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or requests
Provide information and assistance to clients and candidates
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Process orders, forms, and applications accurately
Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Document customer interactions and transactions clearly and accurately
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to call center policies and procedures
Meet or exceed call volume and quality assurance targets
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Good computer skills and ability to navigate relevant software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
Good time management and organizational skills
Positive and customer-focused attitude
