Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Discuss goods or services information with customers or patrons.
Study product information to acquire professional knowledge.
Fulfill Customer and sales representative needs and requests including, but not limited to, assisting with general questions and requests for information or supplies.
Maintain customer relations and customer satisfaction.
Liaison for Sales if Sales Representatives are out in the field.
Accurately explain technical product or service information to customers.
Explain proposals for current or prospective customers and negotiate prices or other sales terms.
Distribute promotional literature or samples.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
Refer customer complaints to designated departments for further investigation.
Perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency or not related to this classification on occasion.
LeadCMS and maintain with proper load information.
Prospect customers viacalls and emails.
Conduct data entry task as needed.
Maintains good housekeeping.
Overtime Authorization and Requirement - Unauthorized approval in advance of working overtime and repeated refusal to work overtime are violations of company policy.
