You have experience speaking to customers telephonically to provide information about products and services, while updating electronic records simultaneously.
You are able to individually manage an investigation of customer concerns by coordinating and communicating with other departments, which include Managers, Teammates and Clients.
You have keyboard and listening skills.
You can keep your cool under any circumstance.
You are reliable and strong attendance history.
You bilingual- Spanish speaker not required but a PLUS
You are a good team player! You come to work, you're professional and have a positive attitude.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment
Keyboard typing skills with the ability to type and talk to customers simultaneously
Must be able to type 40-60 wpm
Ability to work a variety of shifts, if needed
