Customer Service Representative, Industrial Store

Job Description
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourIndustrial Store Customer Service Representative position. TheIndustrial Store Customer Service Representative isresponsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner
Answer telephone calls promptly
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
Sell welding and safety products and services to customer
Process customer orders and accurately inputordersinto the computer
Research products needed for customer special applications
Issue product sales quotes to customers
Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation
Keep sales literature current and organized
Stock shelves when needed
Communicate with Purchasing Department regarding any special order needs
Load products into customers vehicle
Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety guidelines
Perform other tasks as assigned or needed
Pay:
$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr Depending on Experience
