Customer Services / Call Centre Agent -fully remote
The role and company:
Global Consultancy requires accomplished Call Center Agents / Customer Service Advisors, to work remotely and give a first-class customer experience for their client, providing telephone, email and webchat assistance for an insurance company, as part of a new call center team.
Experience and role requirements for the Call Center Agent /Customer Service Advisor position are:
Proven experience with a minimum 4+ years in customer services. with good experience of Inbound/ Outbound calls, Emails and (ideally) Webchats.
A first-class communicator, who can adapt to new systems (paid full training given).
Able to work in a 9 month W2 contract role (initial), paying $19 (no PTO).
Happy to work fully remote / work from home from anywhere in the US.
Nice to have, but not essential Spanish speaking (client is interested in English, Spanish, or bi-lingual speakers).
Experience working in financial (Banking, Insurance etc will be nice to have, but not essential.
Flexible shifts - 40 Hours per week, must be able to work shifts between 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays/ Rota between 8am to 5pm EASTERN TIME.
Must be based within The U.S.A. (can work anywhere fully remote)
Hourly rate is $19 per hour.
Able to start in 1-3 weeks after interview.
