We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for the Fundraising and Marketing &
Communications teams, you will play a crucial role in processing donations, maintaining the donor database, and providing exceptional customer care. Collaborating with the Supporter Relations Manager, you will also assist with various tasks within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries.
Deliver high-standard customer care, consistently thanking and acknowledging donors.
Collaborate with management and the communications team to create accurate and engaging donor communications.
Provide support for fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day assistance.
Maintain the donor database, offering internal training and support for accurate data inputting.
Administer data inputting, amendments, run reports, and create data queries as necessary.
Assist the fundraising team in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Stay updated on fundraising initiatives and news across all sectors.
Introduce new ideas and initiatives into the role while taking ownership of work.
