Customer Care Representative

Job Description
This position will support our domestic distributors, ITW sales personnel and end users by providing solutions to inquiries involving Hobart Brothers product offerings or services. Must have and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Essential Functions:
Internally, collaborate with our market facing teams, warehouses, and business units to meet customer needs.
Work effectively with the business units to promote our products to distributors and customers.
Provide timely and constructive customer feedback received to the appropriate people.
Work well within the Customer Support team to identify improvement projects.
Handling calls, faxes and emails, quotes, product recommendations.
Customer order entry and maintenance in MS D365 as well as backorder review.
Processing customer returns.
EDI order monitoring and maintenance.
Account management for assigned accounts.
