New Flyer, North America's heavy-duty transit bus leader, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of Customer Acceptance and Delivery Coordinator (CAD). As CAD, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of our advanced transit buses to our valued customers.

As the CAD, you will play a vital role in the customer acceptance and delivery process. You will coordinate with various internal teams to ensure that our buses meet the highest quality standards before delivery. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables will be crucial in ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded. In addition, you will collaborate with our customers to schedule and coordinate the delivery of our buses, providing them with an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of bus production and customer acceptance activities.
Coordinate with customers to schedule and plan deliveries, ensuring that all necessary documentation and requirements are met.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure that all buses meet New Flyer's quality standards.
Coordinate post-delivery, including customer training and support, to ensure a smooth transition.
Manage all customer communications and inquiries regarding delivery status and post-delivery support.
Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on delivery progress.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement appropriate changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Experience in the automotive or transit industry is preferred.
Knowledge of customer acceptance and delivery processes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
