Job Description
As an Agricultural Application Technician, you will be responsible for the accurate application of crop nutrients and protection products, ensuring optimal growth and yield for our clients' crops. This position involves long hours, especially during the fall and spring seasons, but offers excellent pay with overtime and the chance to gain extensive knowledge of the business. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships, contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, service, and maintain various types of custom application equipment
Accurately calculate chemical mixes per blend sheet specifications
Properly calibrate fertilizer and spraying equipment
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, supervisors, and suppliers
Assist with daily operations, including receiving, loading, and delivering products, as well as treating seeds
Promote and ensure a safe working environment
