Full job description
Maintain golf facilities by performing routine custodial duties to include overall building and grounds maintenance and repair functions. Duties include cleaning, vacuuming and sanitizing interior and exterior spaces. Grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and repairs. Basic building maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs, filters, painting and other duties as assigned.
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience or training in the custodial arts
Valid CA Driver's License and be insurable on the company vehicle insurance policy
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs and stand up to 8 hrs.
Candidate needs to be dependable and available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
