We are currently looking for skilled and dedicated CT Technologists to join our team. As a CT Technologist at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic images to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Responsibilities
Operate CT scanning equipment to produce accurate and detailed images of patients
Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety during the scanning process
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate and interpret imaging results
Ensure proper functioning of CT equipment and report any malfunctions or issues
Administer contrast agents as needed for enhanced image quality
Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
Accurately document patient information and scan results in electronic medical records
Stay up to date with technological advancements and best practices in CT imaging
Requirements
Valid and unrestricted CT Technologist license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited CT Technologist program
1 year CT Tech experience in similar size hospital ( acute care, 300 beds)
Strong understanding of CT scanning techniques, protocols, and safety measures
Familiarity with various CT equipment and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality images
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Floating Requirements:
CT techs do transport their patients on nights. We have transport during the day. CT nights only one technologist.
Experience required:
1 year CT Tech experience in similar size hospital ( acute care, 300 beds)
Experience Preferred:
GE revolution or Siemens experience, Level 1 Trauma experience, stroke center experience
License Required:
ARRT, Kansas License
