Creative Agency Account Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a Creative Agency Account Manager with agency experience for a contract-to-hire role in Englewood, CO. This role will be onsite/ in the office and support an in-house ad agency's multi-brand portfolio.
In this role, you will:
Be theliaisonbetweeninternal client partners and creative teams shepherding each project from intake to delivery
From strategy to delivery, manages client partner communication and expectations on creative work.
Intakes creative briefs and requests, vets briefs for the creative team, and prioritizes with project managers for maximum agency efficiency.
Manage complex projects under rapidly changing business dynamics. Essential to guiding projects through the creative development process
Captures pertinent communication and creative project expectations as the agencyliaison.
Coordinates day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of client partner's requests
Communicates frequently with client partners and creatives to maintain critical project deadlines and priorities
Supports all client meetings with recap, feedback, and next steps
