Freelance/Contractor We are seeking an experienced CPR &
First Aide Instructor to join our team at Care Coordination Services LLC, also known as Care Coordination Staffing. As a freelance/contractor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise in life-saving techniques with our clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct CPR &
First Aide trainings for individuals and groups, including healthcare professionals and community members - Develop and update training materials and curriculum based on current guidelines and best practices - Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations of proper techniques for performing CPR and administering First Aide - Evaluate participants' skills and provide feedback for improvement - Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant certifications - Stay current with changes in CPR and First Aide protocols and incorporate them into training sessions - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific training needs and tailor sessions accordingly - Act as a resource for clients, answering questions and providing support as needed Requirements:
- Current certification as a CPR &
First Aide Instructor from a recognized organization (e.G. American Red Cross, American Heart Association) - Minimum of 2 years experience teaching CPR &
First Aide courses - Strong knowledge of current CPR &
First Aide guidelines and protocols - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching style to different learning styles and levels of experience - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Experience working with diverse populations and ability to create an inclusive learning environment - Passion for teaching and empowering others with life-saving skills If you are a skilled and experienced CPR &
