Responsibilities:
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives to increase customer loyalty and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze customer data and insights to identify key segments and develop personalized marketing approaches.
Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to support customer marketing efforts.
Monitor and measure campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative marketing channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer marketing professionals.
Prepare and present reports on customer marketing activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, preferably in the CPG industry with 3+ years of experience as a Manager/Sr Manager.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage customer data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
Experience with CRM systems and tools and proficiency in customer segmentation and targeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer marketing for the CPG industry.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
