Hiring a Counter Sales Associate to support an HVAC Manufacturing Organization that is the leader in climate control products. This is a Customer Service focused role that will answer phone calls and assist customers as they come into the store and look up parts etc. The company is a global manufacturer and distributor of climate control products for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration markets.

30am to 4:
30pm (M-F)
* Seeking someone that is Customer Service focused that can answer phone and assist customers, look up parts etc.
* Under direct supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly. Responsible ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
* Assists in unloading products and deliveries.
* Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
* Follows all safety, health and security and environmental standards.
Requirements:

* Counter Sales experience
* Computer skills to look up parts for customers and customer orders
* Standup Forklift skills - preferred (Low use, only used 2 or 3 times a week)
* Good oral and written communications skills.
* Good computer skills required:
Microsoft applications.
