We are seeking an experienced attorney with a knack for business and transactions to join the legal team in New Jersey as a senior adviser on critical corporate matters, to spearhead transactions, and to ensure compliance.
Your Responsibilities:
* Advise senior management on legal, corporate, and compliance issues.
* Drive transactions from start to finish, including due diligence and agreement drafting.
* Take the lead in managing external legal partnerships and representing our interests in disputes.
What We Require:
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in business law.
* Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
* The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
