Corporate Controller

Position Overview:
As the Corporate Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in accounting, manufacturing, and public accounting to drive financial excellence and support our company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the accounting team in all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP standards, implementing internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process and ensure timely completion of audits.
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to streamline accounting processes and enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
CPA (Inactive/Active) certification is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, with a strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management orMinimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
Proven track record of success in 5 years public accounting, with experience in auditing manufacturing clients preferred.
Strong technical accounting skills, with a thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
