We are a marketing consultancy company that is rooted in strategy and creative thinking at all levels of the company. We specialize in strategic marketing and communications, events and experiential marketing as well as program management. Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a copywriter driven by a creative curiosity with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure. The copywriting intern should be a conceptual thinker and will be writing copy, both long and short-form, for a variety of different audiences. You must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team. Any changes or edits suggested by our editors should be implemented in a timely manner. The copywriter should know how to strike a balance between quality and quantity.
To be successful as a copywriter, you should constantly strive to hone your skills and view any feedback session as a learning opportunity. An outstanding copywriter should read widely and be comfortable sharing their work. You should also be able to follow both written and verbal briefs and be able to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Copywriter Intern Responsibilities:

Conducting research before and during the writing process
Preparing material for assignments, which includes planning, outline, and synopsis
Conducting thorough fact-checks before submitting any work
Ensuring the logical flow of all writing produced
Attending feedback sessions and making revisions suggested by the client, publisher, or editors
Attending training sessions and workshops as required
Copywriter Intern Requirements:

A degree in copywriting, communications, marketing, or similar
Evidence of writing experience (link to a website with writing samples preferred)
The ability to think and write to fit cross platform channels
Critical reading and thinking skills
An interest in current events and a general curiosity for knowledge
Resilience and the ability to accept constructive feedback
Basic computer skills
A growth mindset
Our paid intern program runs three times per year for nine weeks each. Candidates should be prepared to work in person 20-30 hours a week, preferably on a consistent schedule.
