Coordinator, General Affairs
Position Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contributes to a productive work environment by processing mail, maintaining office supplies, overseeing the success of the recycling program, and responding to various administrative needs
  • Daily sorting and distribution of all incoming mail/packages from UPS, FedEx, DHL, and US Postal Service.
  • Maintain inventory, ordering, and restocking of break room and office supplies.
  • Distribute office supplies to employees upon request.
  • Process all outgoing mail packages, including sorting, packaging, and processing shipments for domestic and international delivery.
  • Deliver outgoing packages to US Postal Service and/or UPS location as needed.
  • Monitor building maintenance issues and escalate to building management as needed.
  • Oversee the continued operation of the paper recycling program while assisting in its expansion to encompass additional materials like plastic, glass, and metal.
  • Process departmental invoices timely for approval and payment.
  • Assist with covering reception desk and other administrative duties as needed, including assisting NA field offices on occasion.
  • Special Projects and tasks assigned by management

Function Specific Required Skills and Competencies:

  • General knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
  • Working knowledge of UPS WorldShip online program.
  • Experience with postage meter machines preferred.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record required.


Required Minimum Years Experience:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a corporate mailroom setting is desired.


Required Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
