First Student Springfield MA, is hiring a Charter coordinator!
Our Charter Coordinator quotes and books all outside charter work throughout the Region. Centralizes and efficiently distributes the work to the appropriate location/branch.
Major Responsibilities

  • Increases Outside Charter Revenue.
  • Increases Outside Charter Revenue.
  • Assists in customer quoting and pricing.
  • distributes and dispatches the new work to the most appropriate branch or location.
  • Increases customer base.
  • Initializes marketing strategies.
  • Determines, sets, and meets budget goals.


Minimum Experience or Skills Required

  • At least 3-5 years experience
  • Industry experience
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Charter booking experience
  • Computer experience a must
  • School Bus transportation experience
