Job Description
Project lead for software development, PLC programming and IT infrastructure implementations.
Primary Controls/Process Engineer lead for multiple 1 second assembly lines.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards (including process flow diagrams, PQIs, process control documentation, standard work instructions).
Identifies and resolves quality issues related to automated equipment.
Identify and lead projects to improve safety, cost, quality, delivery, and utilization of manufacturing processes in order to meet Policy Deployment objectives.
Actively participate in daily management of area using other analytics/data to meet targets and derive measures to continuously improve performance &
meet KPI's
Support all MOE2 Componentequipment and production lines
Occasional technical support of night/weekends via phone (on site if required) as subject matter expert for extended downtime situations.
