Controller - Powersports Dealer

Requirements
Black Gold Harley-Davidson is looking for a Dealership Controller with at least
Three years of strong automotive dealership experience as a Controller or strong
Office Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and organized
Individual to join our accounting team in Allen, Texas. This position will also
Administer our Dallas Harley-Davidson dealership in Garland, TX. This is a
Wonderful environment and can be a long-term ‘home’ for the right candidate.
Black Gold HD, is an entity within the RumbleOn national dealership network, with
Over 55 stores across the country!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily posting of bank transactions
- Sales deal billing;
loading inventory.
- Process daily OEM dealer transfers
- Enter A/P invoices and process vendor checks.
- Some titling registration experience a plus
- Monthly OEM parts statement reconciliations
- F&
I products / warranty cancellations
- Supervise an accounting staff of four.
- Month end closing process.
- General Ledger reconciliations and cleaning schedules.
- Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and
Instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
- Various projects assigned by the Region Controller.
SKILLS
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (specifically Excel, Google docs, Gmail).
EDUCATION AND BENEFITS
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Strong automotive, or powersports dealership experience a plus.
