Contract- Private Dining Specialist

Job Description
The Private Dining Specialist serves as the liaison between theEvent Sales Manager and Restaurant Operations Teamto ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events,food and beveragemenus, room set up,and each client’s expectations. Reports to the Private Events Sales Manager and General Manager of Restaurants.
Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all requests
Coordinates client requests in a timely manner
Develops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining events
Assists with on-site private event production from start to finish as needed
Follows up on special orders with management staff and kitchen
Performs other duties as required or assigned
