Continuous Improvement (Ci) Specialist - Located In Grafton, Nd

Job Overview:

The CI Specialist will manage improvement teams targeting improved Operations/Manufacturing Systems. This role will represent Continuous Improvement on initiatives related to Continuous Improvement, Product Development, Operation Manufacturing and Quality. This individual will be critical to recommending and implementing improvement and/or modifications in sequence of operation and related matters.

Highlights of your role:

• Support improvement efforts in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Function effectively as a project core team member and /or project leader
• Become an expert in Lean principles and utilize concepts to improve operations
• Lead and mentor effective root cause analysis
• Drive a culture of standard work through effective process documentation, process audits, and sustainment plans
• Partner with operations leadership to develop daily goals and metrics to drive operational excellence

• Excellent oral and communication skills
• The ability to work indpependently with/without supervision
• The ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced work environment
• The ability to work with a wide range of individuals line associates, supervisors, quality technicians and management
• Effective problem solving, project management, mathematical, and overall excellent organizational skills
• The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, reports, and governmental regulations
• The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups such as managers, quality technicians and customers
