Opportunity at a Glance
The Content Management Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Training and Development function, shaping the knowledge and skills of our medical and veterinary school enrollment and admissions teams. This individual will create, refine, and manage engaging content that drives excellence in recruitment, interviewing, and document processing. Working closely with the Quality Assurance and Insights team, the Content Management Analyst will leverage data from across the applicant and student journey and feedback to continuously enhance training materials and drive performance improvement across our teams that impact enrollment outcomes.
Responsibilities
Knowledge Base Design and Refinement:
Structure, develop, and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases tailored to the needs of admissions recruiters, interviewers, and document processing teams. Ensure content is clear, accessible, and optimized for integration with AI-supported tools.
Information Architecture:
Design intuitive taxonomies, content hierarchies, and metadata structures that facilitate easy navigation and retrieval of information within training materials.
Data-Driven Content Optimization:
Analyze call data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Refine content strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
User-Centered Design:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (recruiters, interviewers, processors) and stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with their needs, fostering an engaging and intuitive learning experience.
Job Aid and Graphical Content Creation:
Design and develop visually appealing and informative job aids, infographics, and other graphical content using tools like Figma to supplement training materials.
Strategic Content Development:
Craft engaging text-based content, scripts, and potentially multimedia elements, specifically targeting the knowledge and skills required for successful recruitment, interviewing, and document processing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Insights team, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration of knowledge bases into broader training programs.
Best Practices:
Stay abreast of emerging trends in information architecture, knowledge base design, adult learning principles, and AI-powered content delivery.
Performs other duties as assigned
