Contract, 6 month min
Pay Rate:
$53 - $72/hr. (depending on experience)
Hours-Monday thru Friday 6am to 4pm;
Saturdays on call (our construction crews work half day on Saturdays. The superintendent should be available by phone if something comes up).

RESTAURANT RENOVATION PROJECTS)
The Superintendent is responsible for the daily operation of the job site including supervision of work according to the construction schedule;
detailing / documenting/ distinguishing in scope and out of scope work on an ongoing basis;
and the procurement of materials, manpower and equipment.
*The Superintendent is required to have had a minimum of five (5) years commercial construction experience including a minimum of three (3) years as a superintendent.
* Experience with ProCore Construction software a must.
This job requires strong communication skills via phone, email, and texts as well as an ability to read drawing plans, computer skills including word and excel and email programs/apps, an ability to manage and lead tradespeople, carpenters, and laborers, and have basic carpentry skills.
