Construction Superintendent
One of the fastest growing builders in the area needs a Construction Superintendent. For over fifteen years, this builder has completed some of the largest residential and commercial builds in the West.
LC Staffing is hiring a Construction Superintendent who will provide leadership for quality builds meeting customer expectations and company standards. Pay:
$100,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.M. to 5 p.M. (may vary with project deadlines)

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage on-site construction team
Coordinate and oversee all work on-site
Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
Liaison with inspection authorities regarding approvals
Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
Make sure quality standards, budgets, and project timelines are met
Monitor supplies and equipment
Ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness
Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
Maintain records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs
Attend production meetings
Maintain relationships with clients and attend client meetings
