AECOMis actively seeking aConstruction Resident Project Managerfor our NJ office. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversees field site activities on large or multiple small projects
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish complex goals
Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines and may lead the work of others
Chair project meeting and distribute meeting minutes
Conduct reviews and verification of construction schedules and coordination with the client
Trouble-shoot issues as theyarise with the team and client/s
Work with RFI's, shop drawings, estimates, monthly billing and other related activities
