$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Overview:
As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence within our store. You will lead by example, providing expert product knowledge and fostering a positive environment for both customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating deep product knowledge, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Lead daily store opening and closing procedures, assuming responsibility for all operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
Achieve personal and team sales targets to contribute to overall store success.
Assist in building store business and brand awareness through marketing and social media initiatives.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and corporate partners in a professional manner.
Support company initiatives and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Manage multiple customers simultaneously, prioritize tasks with attention to detail, and maintain a customer-first focus.
Uphold merchandise presentation standards and ensure store cleanliness.
Conduct POS transactions accurately, following cash handling procedures to protect against loss.
Maintain awareness of Loss Prevention practices to safeguard store assets.
Represent the company with integrity in all interactions with customers and associates, safeguarding confidential information and merchandise.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or a related service industry preferred.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with others.
Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals and metrics.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong personal leadership qualities and a drive to succeed.
