About the team
The FIS Total Rewards function is a global team managing all levels of compensation, benefits, and performance for FIS employees. This position is a member of the Executive Compensation team as part of the FIS Total Rewards function, focusing on executive compensation, equity administration and global compensation governance and compliance. This collaborative team works on challenging and highly visible initiatives across the organization, and this role will provide the opportunity to join and contribute to a first-class and proactive team.
About the role
This role reports to the Director of Executive Compensation and will partner on FIS's Executive Compensation programs as well as be responsible for the administration of FIS's equity and other long-term incentive programs, including restricted stock units (RSUs), performance stock units (PSUs), stock options, cash-based units and the employee stock purchase plan. Executive Compensation responsibilities include producing compensation tables and narratives for the annual Proxy Statement, equity and expense forecasting and vendor management (captive broker, transfer agent). This role will also assist in the planning and preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and lead the administration of FIS's Deferred Compensation Plan.
What you will be doing
Collaborates and partners with Accounting, Payroll, Legal and HR teams to anticipate, address and implement equity compensation initiatives and matters.
Manages and ensures the accurate and timely preparation of all executive compensation materials and provide support and analysis relative to the materials.
Administers equity transactions globally such as granting, exercise, retirements, terminations, expatriates, and international transfers, including international compliance and regulatory reporting.
Calculates and tracks dividend equivalents, retirement eligible FICA compliance and employee stock purchase plan offering periods.
Reviews and processes equity vesting and release with broker, online grant acceptance and employee communication, including coordinating accurate tax withholding and reporting.
Assists with development of equity compensation training;
coordinates with HR Business Partners and leadership on compensation training and leader education.
Conducts audits and reconciliations with large data sets and complex calculations.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Stock/Equity, Compensation, Human Resources, or related field.

The pay range for this full-time position is $97,870.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
