Across Colorado, you will lead and facilitate innovative simulations like "
Adventures in Reality"
and financial wellness classes, ensuring financial education is accessible for all. This collaborative role requires strong communication and project management skills, with the opportunity to utilize volunteer recruitment, data analysis, and content creation expertise. This role has a target focus of the Denver Metro and it's surrounding areas.
Essential Functions
Partnership and Relationship Development:
Initiate and develop strategic partnerships with high schools, businesses, and community organizations across Colorado, primarily in the Northern Market. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, fostering open communication, building trust, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain and update a comprehensive partner database to ensure accurate information and facilitate communication. Organize and participate in joint events and initiatives to strengthen partnerships and raise awareness of financial wellness resources. Proactively identify and engage new stakeholders to broaden the organization's reach and impact. Regularly report on partnership activities and progress.
Event Coordination, Management and Analysis:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of "
Adventures in Reality"
simulations and other financial wellness events. Manage event logistics by securing venues, managing approved budgets, and coordinating with vendors and volunteers to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for participants. Collect and analyze event data:
Track participation rates, feedback surveys, and other key metrics. Identify trends and insights by analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of events and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data for strategic initiatives by compiling data to support grant applications, program development, and community outreach efforts. Present findings by communicating event results, trends, and the impact of financial wellness programs through reports and presentations.
Content Development and Presentations:
Collaborate with the team to create, design, and develop engaging educational materials for financial wellness programs. Conduct ongoing research on industry trends and best practices in financial education to ensure curriculum stays relevant and impactful. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggesting creative solutions for program development. Support the team by delivering presentations on financial wellness topics and assisting with workshops across Colorado.
