Our client is a leading insurance agency specializing in personal, employee benefits, and commercial lines. They are currently seeking a Personal &
Commercial Lines Producer to join their team.
As a Personal &
Commercial Lines Producer, you will have the opportunity to self-generate prospects, establish strong relationships, consult on business, and close deals.
Job Responsibilities Self-generate prospects and establish credibility
Network and build strong relationships
Consult on business and close deals
Communicate and cross-sell, creating opportunities for and receiving leads for other departments
Qualifications Licensed in Property &
Casualty (can come froma captive agency)
3+ years of B2B sales experience, with an interest in selling B2B Small Commercial &
Personal lines
Knowledge of vertical markets/industries such as healthcare, construction, software/technology, finance, real estate, auto dealerships, auto shops, and retail
Experience in commercial lines, preferably as a generalist (not trucking, workers comp, or benefits)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
