Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial loan underwriting. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting process, reviewing recommendations, and providing guidance and support to the underwriting team. You will need to have excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of commercial lending principles, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, along with at least 15+ years of experience in commercial loan underwriting.
