Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our clients company is a leading provider of Commercial, Personal, and Group Benefits Insurance. They are currently seeking a Personal &
Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing Standard, Preferred, and some High Net Worth business, as well as Small Commercial accounts under $10,000 in revenue.
Job Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with internal client service teams and provide timely and proactive service.
Demonstrate strong, accurate, and timely verbal and written communication to the team.
Utilize the EPIC system to maintain client files, attachments, and process transactions.
Process certificates and endorsements.
Assist with preparing proposals.
Correspond with clients and insurance companies to handle requests such as changes, endorsements, and renewal information.
Report and monitor claims on selected accounts, as needed.
Reconcile client/company accounting records, billing, and invoicing endorsements, as needed.
Handle work under pressure with grace and professionalism.
Qualifications Must have independent broker experience (no captives, carriers, or direct writers).
Understanding of insurance coverages, policies, forms, and procedures is preferred.
10 years of prior experience with multiple lines of insurance is preferred.
Must have an OR &
WA Property &
Casualty License.
Proficiency with Microsoft software programs at an intermediate level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred experience utilizing Agency Management System (currently EPIC).
