Our client is a leading insurance agency specializing in personal, employee benefits, and commercial lines. They have a strong presence in niche markets such as workers compensation, transportation/trucking, public entities, and general commercial lines. They are currently seeking a Commercial Producer to join their team.
Job Responsibilities Self-generate prospects and establish strong relationships to build a pipeline of potential clients
Consult with businesses, cross-sell products, and create opportunities for other departments
Close deals and contribute to the overall growth of the agency
Maintain communication with clients and provide exceptional service
Qualifications Must be licensed in Property &
Casualty insurance, with previous experience in a captive agency
Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in selling B2B commercial lines
Interest in specializing in vertical markets such as healthcare, construction, software/technology, finance, real estate, auto dealerships, auto shops, and retail
Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
