As a small company within a niche market, our client values individuals with prior experience as a producer/consultant in the Aviation industry.
Passion for Aviation business is essential, as successful candidates often have a personal connection to the industry, such as owning and regularly flying helicopters, aircraft, or businesses related to Aviation insurance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Job Responsibilities Prospect, vet, and close Aviation business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Aviation industry
Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to Commercial Aviation Insurance
Qualifications Licensed Property &
Casualty in all states where our client operates
Minimum of 3 years of experience in prospecting, hunting, selling, and closing Commercial Aviation Insurance business
Existing base of contacts in the Aviation industry is highly desirable
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
