Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Conduct site visits and inspections
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Implement safety protocols and quality control measures
Prepare and review project documentation
Build positive relationships with clients and team members
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Previous healthcare project management experience preferred
Requirements
Experience managing commercial and healthcare construction projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Proficiency in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Capability to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Aptitude for conducting site visits and inspections
Effective communication skills with stakeholders
