Responsibilities:
Assist with vehicle intake
Prepare vehicles for repairs by cleaning and removing any dirt and debris
Take photos and document vehicle condition
Preform Diagnostic Scans and test drives
Maintain shop materials and work areas
Perform final vehicle wash and detail
Keep vehicles on premises organized
Support technicians in locating and correcting quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting office with customer and vehicle deliveries
Assist office in the estimating process
Requirements:
Able to work in a fast based environment
Knowledge of basic automotive vehicles
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work well in a team environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
