The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store, and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone.

Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
Offering top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED environment
Managing employees - Hire, train, motivate, and schedule
Overseeing &
running our catering services
Ordering/Receiving product and supplies
Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
Verifying daily deposits
Submitting payroll
Handling customer complaints and store emergencies
Maintaining a safe and secure environment
Maintaining a clean, organized store
Managing food cost, labor cost, supplies expense &
cash control
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
At least 1 year food service leadership experience
Experience hiring, managing and motivating a team
Awillingness to learnall aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management including but not limited to inventory, purchasing, labor and operations management
Computer, POS and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
Their own transportation
The ability to work up to 10 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs and is able to clearly communicate with our customers
