Responsibilities:
Operate and program CNC/manual lathes and mills.
Prioritize machine shop tasks.
Produce products according to specifications.
Maintain machines, workspace, and documentation.
Participate in R&
D and training colleagues.
Adhere to safety and shop procedures.
Physical &
Skill Requirements:
Comfortable with standing, walking, and manual coordination.
Ability to read technical information and operate machinery.
Proficient in safety adherence, dimensional calculations, and basic machining concepts.
Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years in Machine Shop or Tooling.
High School Diploma/GED;
CNC Programming or relevant training preferred.
Working Conditions:
Professional response to challenging situations in a CNC Shop setting.
Exposure to industrial environment elements.
Proficiencies Required:
Blueprint Reading, Shop Math Skills, and Punch Press operation.
